September 6, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #29 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE SUNCOAST TECHNICAL COLLEGE SOUTH CAMPUS NEW CLASSROOM BUILDING AND COUNTY LIBRARY PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROJECT Description The work of this pre-construction contract was completed and all deliverables have been received. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein in Final Payment #3. The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the Suncoast Technical College South Campus New Classroom Building and County Library project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved for payment.
